Returns Policy

Should a customer have reason to return a product they must enclose the email received from us after filling in the Returns Form. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly. Customers must inform us of their intent to return an item within fourteen days of receipt of the item and then return the item within fourteen days.

Terms and Conditions:
If a customer wishes  to return a product bought on our site we must be notified via email or written letter within fourteen working days of receiving the item(s) in question. Item(s) must be returned to us within fourteen days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. Returns must include all parts of the original item to be eligible for refund. The cost of returning the item must be paid for by the customer. Packaging must not be torn.  Items must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

Items that are received outside the fourteen days returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of the order being received.

Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days. With the exception of re-shipping In Dispute products, shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will be the responsibility of Clothing.ie. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the returned products only.

For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges for personal items such as – Underwear, Lingerie, Stockings, Socks etc.

Please note customers must bear the cost of returning the items or drop them back to our fulfillment centre. Please allow up to 12 working days for refunds to be processed. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
